Ann Sherman M. Campbell McMahon (1922-2013) was the youngest daughter of William Ledyard and Sara Sherman. Her father was
an early automotive pioneer, president of Maxwell Motors, and general manager and vice president of manufacturing at the Chrysler
Corporation.
She lived most of her life near where she was born, the Detroit suburb of Grosse Pointe Farms where she was active in Tau
Beta, the Garden Club of Michigan, the Neighborhood Club, Cottage Hospital and a member of St. Pauls Catholic Church.
She attended Ethel Walker School and Sarah Lawrence College and worked with the Red Cross during the war, marrying Henry Campbell
in 1946. She was also a member of the Grosse Pointe Club and the Huron Mountain Club.
After her husband's death she married the husband of deceased bridesmaid Dick McMahon and moved to Connecticut where she lived
for seven years, divorced, and subsequently was transported to a Wisconsin care facility.
